The Banking Industry Architecture Network (BIAN) is a global, not-for-profit ecosystem established by the world’s leading financial institutions, technology providers, and academics – including HSBC, Citi, JP Morgan Chase, PNC, Salesforce, and IBM. As BIAN’s trusted creative partner for over seven years, Lucy led a comprehensive corporate visual identity refresh and multi-channel campaign rollout to drive member retention, global brand awareness, and new membership acquisition.

The challenge
