Lucy Nast is the Founder of LKN Creative, an independent freelance creative practice helping ambitious brands and agencies turn complex business challenges into clear, impactful brand, digital and campaign experiences.

With over a decade of agency experience at Hotwire Global Communications, Lucy combines strategic creative direction with hands-on design – bringing the insight, rigour and collaborative approach of a global agency with the flexibility of an independent creative partner.

Working directly with clients as Creative Director and Senior Designer, Lucy leads the full creative lifecycle – from shaping strategy and creative concepts through to designing and delivering the final execution. For projects requiring additional expertise or scale, she brings together a trusted network of specialist creatives around the brief.

A results-driven creative partner to ambitious brands, agencies and leadership teams, Lucy helps transform complex objectives into cohesive, audience-focused solutions that strengthen brand presence, improve engagement and deliver meaningful business impact.

Kurtis has over 8 years of experience across the creative industry, bringing a versatile approach and a strong focus on storytelling to every project.

He has collaborated with FTSE 100 companies and global agencies, working with international teams to deliver design and animation across a wide range of sectors, including logistics, publishing, AI, cybersecurity, SaaS and emerging digital industries.

With a specialism in motion design, he creates everything from explainer content to corporate video, and is experienced in leading projects from concept through to final delivery. Alongside this, he brings a solid expertise in graphic design, allowing him to adapt seamlessly across different creative disciplines.
